The location is genuinely unbeatable — tucked away on a charming little pedestrian street lined with cafés and restaurants, just a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Cross the Tiber over the Ponte Sant'Angelo and you're within comfortable walking distance of all the major sights in the historic center. As a family of five, having everything this close made our days so much easier. The Borgo Pio area feels really safe and welcoming, and we loved just strolling around at any time of day.

Our host Misael was fantastic — genuinely helpful and cooperative from start to finish. He arranged our airport transport, met us personally on arrival, and was on hand throughout our stay with excellent advice and local recommendations.

The apartment had everything we needed, well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked, and everything was spotless clean. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, there was plenty of hot water, and the window fittings were fully sound proof for a good sleep. We actually loved leaving the windows open in the mornings to watch the charming street slowly come to life.

A brilliant stay from every angle — location, host, comfort. We would absolutely return.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top Lage, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Nur wenige Meter vom Petersplatz entfernt, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Der Preis ist absolut in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, hat uns z.B. den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen organisiert. Gute Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ich war schon mehrfach in Rom, aber das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft bisher.

Everything was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and great for exploring the city. The host was absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and always ready to help. He gave us lots of useful tips and recommendations that made our time in Rome even better.
